  • an image you own the copywrite to
  • image should be at minimum 6500 x 6500 pixels @ 72dpi using RGB (not larger than 150MB in file size)
  • title for you artwork
  • category of the type of art it is
  • tags
  • 250 character max description of the piece
  • profile photo of you or your logo 150 x 150 pixels
  • a small bio about you as the artist and links to your website or social media
  • cover photo for your store 1000 x 100 pixels appears to be what they are using

There are a lot of tools available to build your own website.  Perhaps not all created equal but it really will depend on your own needs and skill set. Some things you will want to take into consideration are what components will you need? Does your site need to be portable?  Do you need full control of all aspects of your website?

It's always a good ideal to protect yourself when using images you didn't create. The following a few website I've run across that have good options.  You'll have to check the terms on each and setup accounts.  Here's a nice article on copyright and using images, "The Ultimate Student Guide to Images".

There are a lot of options when it comes to managing your graphic and photo edits.  I personally embrace the Adobe Creative Cloud service.  I wasn't sure if I'd like it when it first came out but I've grown accustomed to always having the latest versions and truly being able to explore all their products.
